If you are purchasing an established home, you will need to provide a 'Confirmation of Settlement and Lodgement for Registration Form' (http://www.revenuesa.sa.gov.au/forms/fhogconfsettl.pdf). If you are entering into a comprehensive building contract, you must also provide proof of the first progress payment to the builder. If you are an Owner Builder you must also provide receipts for all major costs incurred.
You will need to provide a 100 point check which includes a certified photographic proof of identity
