- An estimated selling price range for your property (where you are the registered owner)
An update of your detailed property report will be emailed to you on a quarterly basis. This report contains the same information as in the original report, adjusted for property price movements during the preceding 3 month period.

You should receive your detailed property report within 48 hours of submitting your request.

No, it is not a valuation. Valuations can only be performed by a registered valuer. The information provided to you is based on previous sales in your local area and acts as a guide to property prices within that area.
